Fabio is currently Partner and Executive Vice President at Forte Real Estate Development, an investment and real estate development company based in New Jersey.
Fabio guides the identification and assessment of investment opportunities, including the supervision of the due diligence process and the analysis of the investment opportunity, the management of transaction negotiations and the supervision of closing activities.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and trusted advisor, with a unique mix of private equity, real estate, corporate finance, Mergers and & Acquisitions, management consulting, as well as experience of senior management with global responsibilities.
In the last decade, Fabio has led various organizations of different sizes operating in various sectors, including the post-acquisition restructuring process between Fiat and Chrysler Group, as well as the co-founding of Silver Sky Global Capital, a private-equity company based in the United Kingdom.
Fabio originated, negotiated and closed deals up to € 100 million.
Fabio holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Turin and the San Pablo CEU University in Madrid and an MBA from the Manchester Business School in Manchester, United Kingdom.
Fabio is active in numerous corporate and non-profit organizations, including the Italian Chamber of Commerce for the United Kingdom.
Fabio lives in Manhattan with his family.
Mauro Paissan
Vice President – Marketing & Communication
Mauro is a consultant specializing in communication, marketing and business development. He works as a consultant to support companies operating in the commerce, services, crafts, industry and tourism sectors, freelancers and technical studies, institutions and public administration. It also carries out training in communication and marketing for companies, entrepreneurs and managers.
Master TSM (University of Trento) in Destination Management and Marketing, he also obtained two Master A.D.A. Italy in Hotel Management and Economics.
He is president of Paissan Group, partner of the EB-5 Italy project for the offline and online communication part, for the Press Office and PR activities.
He resides with his family in Italy and is active in numerous business organizations and Italian and international associations, including partner in the Rotary International – Club of Trento, President of Confservizi Confesercenti del Trentino, deputy vice-president of Confesercenti del Trentino and board member of Confidi Trentino Imprese – a cooperative company (Confidi Trentino).
Alberto Verde

The lawyer Alberto Verde was born in Turin the 1st of May, 1982.
He obtained his specialized degree in law at the University of Turin the 4th of October, 2006. In June 2009 he obtained a post-graduate diploma from the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the University of Turin, with a thesis on civil law.
