\nFabio is currently Partner and Executive Vice President at Forte Real Estate Development, an investment and real estate development company based in New Jersey.
\nFabio guides the identification and assessment of investment opportunities, including the supervision of the due diligence process and the analysis of the investment opportunity, the management of transaction negotiations and the supervision of closing activities.
\nStrong entrepreneurial spirit and trusted advisor, with a unique mix of private equity, real estate, corporate finance, Mergers and & Acquisitions, management consulting, as well as experience of senior management with global responsibilities.
\nIn the last decade, Fabio has led various organizations of different sizes operating in various sectors, including the post-acquisition restructuring process between Fiat and Chrysler Group, as well as the co-founding of Silver Sky Global Capital, a private-equity company based in the United Kingdom.
\nFabio originated, negotiated and closed deals up to \u20ac 100 million.
\nFabio holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Turin and the San Pablo CEU University in Madrid and an MBA from the Manchester Business School in Manchester, United Kingdom.
\nFabio is active in numerous corporate and non-profit organizations, including the Italian Chamber of Commerce for the United Kingdom.

\nMauro is a consultant specializing in communication, marketing and business development. He works as a consultant to support companies operating in the commerce, services, crafts, industry and tourism sectors, freelancers and technical studies, institutions and public administration. It also carries out training in communication and marketing for companies, entrepreneurs and managers.
\nMaster TSM (University of Trento) in Destination Management and Marketing, he also obtained two Master A.D.A. Italy in Hotel Management and Economics.
\nHe is president of Paissan Group, partner of the EB-5 Italy project for the offline and online communication part, for the Press Office and PR activities.

\nStefano is a real estate manager with several years of experience in asset management and real estate portfolio funds. In-depth knowledge of each phase of the life cycle of real estate assets, including the management of NPL guaranteed loans. He managed companies from \u20ac 60 to \u20ac 420 million (lifetime value over \u20ac 1 billion) with asset allocation in residential, retail, hotels and offices. He managed portfolios concentrated in a specific area (city or region) and portfolios scattered throughout the country. He has successfully managed acquisitions and sales for over 120 million euro and also extraordinary maintenance of particular importance.

\nThe lawyer Alberto Verde was born in Turin the 1st of May, 1982.
\nHe obtained his specialized degree in law at the University of Turin the 4th of October, 2006. In June 2009 he obtained a post-graduate diploma from the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the University of Turin, with a thesis on civil law.
\nHe is registered with the Register of Lawyers of Turin since the 25th of October, 2010.
\nHe mainly deals with litigation management in civil and bankruptcy law.
